All customers must submit a written cancellation request at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the intended cancellation effective date. This notice period is mandatory and allows Pixel Ai sufficient time to process the request, conclude active work, and make operational adjustments. Failure to comply with the notice period may result in continued billing for the subsequent cycle.
Where services are governed by a fixed-term contract or service agreement, cancellation and termination terms shall strictly follow the conditions specified in that agreement. Early termination before the agreed contract term may attract termination fees, penalties, or forfeiture of prepaid amounts, as clearly outlined in the applicable contract. No waivers or exceptions shall be implied unless expressly approved in writing by Pixel Ai.
Pixel Ai maintains a strict no-refund policy. All payments made toward prepaid plans, retainers, setup fees, or ongoing services are non-refundable, including any unused or partially used services at the time of cancellation. At Pixel Ai’s sole discretion, unused prepaid amounts may be converted into service credits for future projects; however, this is not guaranteed and does not constitute an obligation.

Verbal requests, informal messages, or third-party communications will not be considered valid.
Upon cancellation approval, customers will retain access to their account, files, and data only until the official cancellation effective date. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to download, back up, or request data transfer before this date.
After the cancellation date, all customer data will be permanently and securely deleted from Pixel Ai systems in accordance with internal data retention and compliance policies. Pixel Ai shall not be liable for any data loss after deletion.
All subscription-based services are enrolled in automatic renewal by default. Customers wishing to discontinue renewals must submit a cancellation request in accordance with this policy before the renewal date. Failure to cancel in time will result in the subscription renewing and charges being applied accordingly.
This cancellation policy operates alongside the terms and conditions stated in the signed contract or service agreement. In the event of any conflict, the contract or service agreement shall take absolute precedence over this general policy.
By engaging Pixel Ai’s services, customers acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy in full. Pixel Ai reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Questions or clarifications must be directed through official support channels only.
